So, here we are, and another day has passed. Before we know it, we'll be back here in australia after a great 3 weeks in the US.
So, I found out today that quite a few people actually haven't even been assigned host families at all. Which is a lot better than what I can say. I have a host, but they haven't been bothered to contact me.
From the last time I spoke about the US dollar, it has gone down approx. 1c. Which isn't that bad, but not that good either.
Okay, I now know that we are being hosted by Edmonds Wodway High School (http://www.edmonds.wednet.edu/schools/high/edmondswoodway.cfm). It caters for students in Yr 9 through 12.
Alright, so during today's update I will include information about Mount Rainier:
""The "mountain" is an active volcano encased in over 35 square miles of snow and ice, surrounded by old growth forest and stunning wildflower meadows. The park is also rich in cultural resources and was designated a National Historic Landmark District as an outstanding example of early park planning and NPS rustic architecture.""
Again, you have about 7 days to pay off America. It is advised to pay it on or before Wednesday next week, but as close to Wednesday as possible.
